Training & Placement Cell of Career Point University, Kota was established under the able leadership of Mr. Pramod Maheshwari – Chancellor. The department has an important role to play in a student’s future and is an essential support of the Establishment. This cell uninterruptedly strives to guide students in chasing their career goals by attaining employment-seeking expertise and ultimately to reach desired occupation. This is accomplished over building a strong corporation among students, alumni, faculty-members and industries.

Training & Placement office of Career Point University, follows integrated placement activity which gives each department equal opportunity to grow continuously. Towards this, a Training and Placement Cell has recognized with following major points in order to support students to develop their academic and career securities, and help them in accomplishing their short-term and long-term goals through individual counseling and group discussion.

• Assist & Guide students to develop and implement successful job search strategies.
•  Work with faculty members, department heads and administration to integrate career planning with academic curriculum.
• Empower students with life-long, career decision-making skills.
• Providing resources and activities to facilitate the career-planning process.
• Act as an interface among students, alumni and the employment community.
• Create awareness in the students regarding future career options.
