To Ensure improvement in the quality of Teachers by providing a technology-based comprehensive teacher-requirement planning forecasting exercise both in terms of content and pedagogy.
To empower Teachers with renowned teaching learning skills with the latest innovations and advances in the latest pedagogies regarding foundational literacy and numeracy, formative and adaptive assessment of learning outcomes, competency-based learning, and related pedagogies, such as experiential learning, arts-integrated, sports-integrated, and storytelling-based approaches.
To empower the teachers with Innovative Pedagogies to make education more experiential, holistic, integrated, inquiry-driven, discovery-oriented, learner-centered, discussion-based, flexible, and, of course, enjoyable.
To make Assessment & Evaluation the right way to assess the uniqueness of each learner in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. It will include self-assessment and peer assessment, the progress of the child in project-based and inquiry-based learning, quizzes, role plays, group work, portfolios, etc., along with teacher assessment.
