Overview

What is the M.Sc. Public Health Programme?

The M.Sc. in Public Health is a multi-disciplinary postgraduate program that shifts the medical focus from treating individual patients to preventing diseases and promoting health at a population level. In a post-pandemic world, this is one of the most critical and highly funded fields globally. The curriculum trains students to track disease outbreaks (Epidemiology), analyze large-scale health data (Biostatistics), and design effective health interventions. Students work on real-world community health projects, partnering with government health departments and international NGOs to understand grassroots healthcare challenges and formulate impactful policies.
